🔵 2. Ceramic Ring / Ceramic Holder
Located between nozzle and cutting head.
Purpose
• Thermal insulation
• Protects the cutting head
• Maintains nozzle alignment
If dropped → breaks easily.

🔍 3. Protective Lens (Cover Glass)
Directly under the nozzle.
Purpose
• Protects expensive internal focusing lens
• Gets dirty due to smoke, dust, slag
This lens needs the most frequent replacement after nozzles.

🔦 4. Focusing Lens / Collimating Lens
Inside the laser head.
Purpose
• Focusing lens: concentrates the laser beam
• Collimating lens: straightens the beam
These wear over time and must be replaced when:
• Cutting quality reduces
• Burn marks appear
• Beam power drops

Holds the nozzle in place.
Can get damaged if:
• Collision happens
• Too much heat
